Zoom Yoga offers accountability that pre-recorded videos lack. By joining a live class, you're committing to your practice, knowing I'm there to support you. You can also choose to black out your video to focus fully on your practice without distractions.
Props are highly recommended to enhance your practice and provide optimal support. Please have two yoga blocks, a strap, and a bolster or pillow handy to help you deepen stretches and maintain proper alignment with greater ease and comfort.
This Gentle Yoga session is designed for all fitness levels, especially welcoming to beginners, or anyone navigating physical challenges or injuries. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking for a gentle, supportive practice, this class offers a safe and inviting space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session begins with a few moments of quiet centering, followed by gentle warm-ups, mindful movement, and postures to release tension and build mobility. We’ll close the practice with guided relaxation and a brief meditation, leaving you grounded and refreshed.
This is your practice. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels right. If a movement doesn’t suit you, you’re welcome to modify, rest, or skip it altogether. There is no pressure and no judgment—only support.
Come as you are, move how you can, and leave feeling more at ease in body and mind.
